Establishment of the accounting register, bookkeeping, production of monthly and annual financial statements, payment of suppliers, collection and deposit of common charges, preparation of the annual budget, updating of the Quebec Business Register, production of tax reports.

Prepare board of directors meetings and general assemblies, ensure compliance with the declaration of co-ownership, keep the condominium records up to date, prepare and send communications to owners and tenants, administer the insurance contract and update the insurable value.
